Shipping Info
We proudly use the USPS to ship all of our items, because we are happy to support the good work they do.

In the USA, our physical merch items ship out either via Media Mail or First Class Mail, depending on the size and weight of each package.

We always pay extra for a Tracking Number for the purposes of Delivery Confirmation, and email you that number so that you may stay informed on the progress of your package at all times.

If an item is in-stock at the time of your order, it will ship out within seven days of receipt of payment (unless in the event of an unforeseen emergency of some sort).

HOWEVER: SOME PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE ITEMS SUCH AS VINYL, COMPACT DISCS, CLOTHING OR BOOKS ARE OFTEN MADE AVAILABLE INITIALLY AS ***SPECIAL PRE-ORDERS**.

THIS ALLOWS US TO BETTER ESTIMATE THE DEMAND FOR A GIVEN PIECE OF PHYSICAL PRODUCT, SO THAT WE DO NOT MANUFACTURE TOO FEW OF THEM OR TOO MANY.

IN CASES OF ***SPECIAL PRE-ORDERS*** THE ITEMS WILL BE CLEARLY MARKED AS SUCH, AND THEY WILL ***ONLY BE SHIPPED OUT ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN MANUFACTURED, AS THEY ARE NOT ACTUALLY IN-STOCK DURING THE ADVANCE PRE-ORDER PERIOD***.

GENERALLY SPEAKING, MOST OF OUR PRE-ORDER PERIODS LAST FOR BETWEEN 30 AND 60 DAYS.

THIS MEANS THAT IF YOU ORDER A ***SPECIAL PRE-ORDER ITEM*** ON THE VERY FIRST DAY IT IS OFFERED, IT ***MIGHT*** TAKE UP TO 60 DAYS FOR THAT ITEM TO BE MANUFACTURED, PACKAGED AND THEN SHIPPED OUT TO YOU.

HOWEVER, IT MIGHT TAKE FAR LESS TIME THAN THAT. YOU MIGHT RECEIVE IT IN A LITTLE OVER 30 DAYS' TIME.

IT ALL DEPENDS ON HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE PRE-ORDER ONE OF THE SAME ITEMS AND HOW QUICKLY THEY DO SO.

THIS ALLOWS US TO OFFER EXCLUSIVE, COLLECTIBLE, LIMITED-EDITIONS (WHICH ARE OFTEN HAND-SIGNED AND HAND-NUMBERED) AT UNUSUALLY LOW PRICES.

Return Policy
If an item arrives damaged in some way which prevents you from enjoying it, we will gladly exchange that item for a duplicate -- provided we actually have a duplicate available to send.

However, in order for such an exchange to occur, the customer must follow our policy:

1. Contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged item, with a detailed description of the damage (ideally with pictures attached, so we can best understand the situation).

2. Once we review the request, we will reply ASAP and let you know how next to proceed.

3. Please understand that we must receive the damaged item back to us in the same exact condition in which it arrived to you before sending out a replacement item. Also, while we cannot pay the Shipping & Handling costs to return the damaged item to us, we are happy to cover the costs of sending the replacement to you.

4. In the event that we simply do not have access to a duplicate item to serve as a replacement, upon return receipt of the original, damaged item, we will gladly issue you a store credit in the full amount of your purchase price and initial S&H costs, which may then be used towards the purchase of any other item in our store.
